Henry County Hospital leadership team working to achieve service Excellence

Henry County Hospital leadership team will be making a change how patients are surveyed for services provided at the hospital. Starting January 1, 2010; Henry County Hospital leadership team will be working with Professional Research Consultants to conduct patient satisfaction surveys. The purpose of the patient satisfaction survey is to solicit feedback of what Henry County Hospital staff do well and what staff could do better in order to achieve service excellence. Prior to utilizing Professional Research Consultants; the leadership team utilized National Research Corporation to conduct the patient satisfaction surveys via a paper study. The leadership team decided to transition to a phone survey because the data will be timelier; which will allow us to celebrate successes and make improvements faster. During the transition from a paper survey to a phone survey; it could be a possibility that patients will receive both a paper and phone survey. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience that this may cause. The leadership team at Henry County Hospital appreciates your patience during this transition.
