Napoleon, Ohio - Kim Bordenkircher, Chief Executive Officer of Henry County Hospital,
announced that Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Gretchen Hoover has
joined board certified family care
physician Morris Seal, MD at Family Medical Care. Gretchen provides total
patient care for the entire family, from children to great-grandparents.
Gretchen earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Bowling
Green State University, and holds a Master’s in Nursing from the
Medical College of Ohio School of Nursing with an additional certification
from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is board certified
by the American Academy of Nurse practitioners, and has 39 years of experience
in the nursing field. Gretchen has been practicing as a family nurse practitioner
for the past 19 years.
Gretchen and her husband of 40 years live in Whitehouse, Ohio. They have
three grown children living in Columbus, Indiana, and Australia.
As a nurse practitioner, Gretchen is able to provide total patient care.
This means that in collaboration with Dr. Seal, Gretchen is able to monitor
virtually all medical conditions in the realm of family practice. This
includes, but is not limited to, hypertension, diabetes, osteoarthritis,
preventative care and providing specialty consultation referrals for more
complex, advanced medical problems.
Gretchen Hoover, FNP-BC is accepting new patients at Family Medical Care,
located at Henry County Hospital, 1600 Riverview Ave., Suite 104. Hoover’s
office hours are Monday 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
and Friday 8:00 am.-2:00 p.m. All major insurance plans are accepted including
