About Audrey

Audrey Crandall is a board-certified nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centered care at Henry County Hospital. She is passionate about helping individuals find balance in their health and takes time to understand each patient’s unique needs and goals.

In addition to her expertise in primary and specialty care, Audrey is a certified practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFMCP). This training allows her to incorporate a functional medicine approach into her practice, looking beyond symptoms to identify root causes of illness and tailoring treatment plans that promote long-term wellness.

Audrey’s integrative style means patients benefit from both evidence-based medical care and preventive strategies designed to support the whole person—mind, body, and lifestyle.
