About Donna

Donna Augustine uses her expertise as a certified nurse-midwife to provide a full scope of women’s health needs including wellness checks, family planning and contraceptive counseling, menstrual problems, menopause, infertility, pre-conceptual, pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Donna holds a Master of Science in Nurse-Midwifery from The University of Michigan, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lourdes College, Summa Cum Laude, and a Diploma of Nursing from The Toledo Hospital. She is certified by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and received her Certificate of Authority from the State of Ohio as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
