Kristi Barnd
Kristi Barnd is the Chief Operating Officer at Henry County Hospital. Kristi
received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Albion
College and her Master of Business Administration with a Healthcare Concentration
from Defiance College. She began working at Henry County Hospital in 2010,
where she held several positions including Risk Manager, Compliance Officer,
Safety Officer, and Manager of Quality Improvement. During that time,
Kristi co-chaired the Ohio Hospital Association’s Northwest Ohio
Quality Collaborative and served as a state examiner for The Partnership
for Excellence, Ohio’s Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program.
Kristi also received a Certification in Healthcare Compliance in 2011
from the Health Care Compliance Association.
Tiffany Kennerk
Tiffany Kennerk is the Chief Nursing Officer at Henry County Hospital.
Tiffany received her Associates of Applied Science in Nursing from Northwest
State Community College in Archbold, Ohio, a Bachelor’s of Science
in Nursing from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah and
both her Masters of Science in Nursing and Masters of Business Administration
from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has achieved
the designation of Orthopedic Nurse Certified, as well as the designation
of Nurse Executive Board Certified. Tiffany has over 18 years of experience
as a Registered Nurse, including 10 years of experience as a unit-based
charge nurse and 6 years of experience as a Medical-Surgical Director
of Nursing, all of which have been in our local rural health community.
Tiffany has served on the Ohio Board of Nursing Advisory Group for Nursing
Education. Tiffany is also a member of the Ohio Organization of Nurse
Leaders (OONL), has served 3 years on the OONL Evidence-Based Practice
Committee and is now serving as the local chapter representative to the
OONL Board.
