Kristi Barnd

Kristi Barnd is the Chief Executive Officer at Henry County Hospital. Kristi received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Albion College and her Master of ​Business Administration with a Healthcare Concentration from Defiance College. She began working at Henry County Hospital in 2010, where she held several positions including Chief Operating Officer, Risk Manager, Compliance Officer, Safety Officer, and Manager of Quality Improvement. Kristi is board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives as well as being Certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Compliance Certification Board. Currently, Kristi serves as the Board Chair for Vantage Healthcare of Ohio, a coalition of independent community hospitals focused on improving efficiency and bringing better access to services by working together. She also serves as a board member of the recently formed Ohio High Value Network, an organization of 26 independent hospitals that collaborate on clinical and business initiatives to strengthen healthcare in rural communities across the state.

Kristi is passionate about serving the community. Currently, she sits on the boards of the United Way of Henry County and the Henry County Community Improvement Corporation. In addition, she is an active member of the Napoleon Rotary Club, Napoleon Lions Club, and the Henry County Health Partners.

Kelley Wachtman

Kelley Wachtman

Kelley Wachtman is the Chief Nursing Officer at Henry County Hospital. Kelley has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Kelley began her career as a Registered Nurse at Swanton Valley Care and Rehabilitation before accepting a position as an Inpatient Care Services Nurse at Henry County Hospital. She then went on to work as an Oncology nurse before taking a nursing role in Surgical Care Services. Since 2017, she has served as Manager, Medical Practices and most recently as the Interim Chief Nursing Officer.

Rob Goshia

Rob Goshia serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Henry County Hospital, providing strategic financial leadership and oversight. He brings more than 32 years of experience in healthcare finance, including 25 years as a Chief Financial Officer, all within the hospital industry. Rob earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Management, with a minor in Economics, as well as his Master of Business Administration with a Leadership Concentration, both from Defiance College. His extensive background spans financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of guiding organizations toward long-term financial stability and growth.

A recognized leader in healthcare finance, Rob is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), where he has been honored with multiple awards for excellence and contributions to the profession. He also serves as a special invited guest of the Ohio Hospital Association’s Finance Committee, where he has previously held membership. Rob’s career reflects not only a deep understanding of the complexities of the healthcare industry but also a dedication to ensuring the financial sustainability of community-based healthcare organizations through innovation, compliance, and strategic vision.
