The Network Systems Administrator is responsible to install, configure,
maintain and support networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN), and computer systems
(software and hardware). Will review, monitor and upgrade existing systems.
Consults with users to determine user specifications for networks, hardware
and software. Provides network, hardware, software and security support
to assist in administering, modifying, and maintaining network configurations
Associates degree in Computer Science or related focus, or an equivalent
combination of education and experience. Two years’ experience installing,
configuring, maintaining, and supporting networks and network systems.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree, four years’ experience with network
systems and previous I/S experience in a healthcare setting. CCNA, JNCIA,
Network+, Server+ and VCA/VCP is also preferred.
