Women's Pelvic Health

Reasons to see a Pelvic Health Therapist

Pre & Postpartum Discomfort

During pregnancy and postpartum your body may go through many changes that require muscle reconditioning. Our team uses a variety of hands on therapy techniques to solve for weak pelvic floor muscles and other common issues.

Urinary or bowl leakage often stems from pelvic muscle imbalance. We help females of all ages control their need to frequently urinate and control emptying of bladder with hands-on training and personalized education from a therapist.

Pelvic and Back Pain

Weakness or imbalance in your pelvic floor can cause pain throughout your body. An individual care plan will involve hands on therapy for muscle training, exercise program development, internal and external pelvic work, and lifestyle education.
